John Doherty and Bridget Walsh--Co.Tipperary

According to RC baptism records and one NY state record, John Doherty and Bridget Walsh parented;

• John Feb. 1811 (Galbally and Aherlow)
• Thomas 1821*
• Margaret June 1822 (Galbally and Aherlow)
• Michael 7 Apr 1825 (Galbally and Aherlow)-- gg grandfather

My husband, a ggg grandson of John, and I will be visiting Tipperary in June (2019). I have been unable to establish that the John, who we believe to be my husband's ggg grandfather, was the John married to Bridget Walsh, their marriage date, or his birthdate/birthplace. Michael was born in the Rossbog Townland, Clonbeg parish. I have tried all the standard data sources, e.g. ancestry.com, findmypast, family search, etc. Does anyone have any guidance or tips for us as we explore Tipperary?
