James Hickey/Mary Darmody

I am looking for any information on my family. Town they were from, parish, parents names, job title, etc...

James is my 4th great grandfather.
James is from county Tipperary and married Mary Darmody (Darmony). He was born sometime between 1799-1805. Mary's father is James Darmony (Darmody). Both were from county Tipperary.
They had several children.
One son named Michael, born 1831 in Barnane, Drom & Inch,Tipperary.

They immigrated to the USA. In 1860 they were living in Illinois.

As per rootsireland, the couple were married1 4-Feb-1831 in RC parish of Drom, Tipp. Timothy Darmody and Daniel Morrissey were sponsors.

Baptisms of seven children of James Hickey/Mary Darmody (from rootsireland):
Hickey Michael 1831 Co. Tipperary
Hickey John 1833 Co. Tipperary
Hickey Bridget 1837 Co. Tipperary
Hickey Mary 1838 Co. Tipperary
Hickey Timothy 1841 Co. Tipperary
Hickey William 1844 Co. Tipperary
Hickey James 1845 Co. Tipperary

I searched rootsireland for a James Hickey baptized in Drom with a father Michael (assuming Irish naming patterns were followed; his first child was Michael) and found:
James Hickey, bap. 06-Aug-1828. .Parents Michael Hickey, Margaret Treacy
Sponsors John Treacy, Mary Treacy
You'd need further proof that this baptism is for your James.

Thank you Patricia. The baptism of James 1828 would NOT be my grandfather. I believe birth dates would not line up.

Would anyone know his parents names, locations, dates, etc...

I am so happy to find the locations of my Irish family ancestors.
