I am seeking information on James Connolly from Enniscorthy, County Wexford. He married Mary Mckillop in 1949. She passed away on the 13th November 2019. I am not sure about much else but I think they resided there most if not all of the time. I am looking for any information at all.

There are very few records available online. I assume you have the civil marriage record which shows that James was 22 and Mary 17 when they married. Civil birth records online stop in 1924. Death records are available through 1974. Is there an online obit for Mary?

Beloved wife of the late James, loving mother of Tommy, Ann, Bridie, Michael, Jimmy, Bernie, Marie, John, Liz, Edel, Justin and the late Kitty, Paul & Caroline and sister of Kitty and the late Jimmy & Michael. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Crosbie’s Funeral Home on Friday from 12 o’c to 3 o’c and again from 5 o’c to 8 o’c. Removal on Saturday morning at 9.45 to St. Aidan’s Cathedral for Funeral Mass at 10 o’c. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
