Darryl:
I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and only located two Elizabeth Duffy baptismal records in Ferbane RC parish records. One in 1829 and another in 1852. Both years (1829 and 1852) did not seem to fit with the info in your message and neither had a brother Michael.
I'm wondering if they were actually from a nearby parish but used the the nearest town in this case, Ferbane, as their "home" place. Also, Duffy is a very common surname and without knowing the parents names, it will be difficult to pinpoint the family.
Have you considered a general DNA test? Perhaps you will have matches with 3rd or 4th cousins on your Duffy line who have more info on the origins of the family.

Baptisms of five children of Patrick Duffy and Mary Doyle of Clonmacnoise RC Parish can be seen at rootsireland. They are:
Church Baptism Duffy Michael 1849 Co. Offaly
Church Baptism Duffy Anne 1851 Co. Offaly
Church Baptism Duffy Mary 1853 Co. Offaly
Church Baptism Duffy Patrick 1856 Co. Offaly
Church Baptism Duffy Eliza 1858 Co. Offaly
The towns of Clonmacnoise and Ferbane are about 11 miles from each other.
Is it possible that Michael’s parents emigrated too?
Darryl,,
To enable you to decide on the information provided by Patricia, I attach a record for Michael Duffy.
