Hubbert Family (Bartholomew Hubbert)

Seek information on Bartholomew Hubbert. He was the father of Mary Hubbert who married Timothy Mullane (from Bottlehill) in 1842 in Grenagh. We know little to nothing about him or his family. Per an entry on the Ireland Valuation Office Books I did find him listed for a land assessment in 1849: Grenagh, Cork, Ireland. Place: Ballyhilloge, Grenah, Barretts, Cork, Ireland. Townland listed as Ballyhilloge.

Hello- I don't have specific information for you, but I do think Bartholomew was related to Simon Hubbert in someway. Simon travelled to the USA with a Bartholomew Hubbert (age 20 in 1952) AND in 1834 Bartholomew, Francis, Peter, and James Hubbert all had land in the Cork area. In 1849, Bartholomew, James, Dennis, Simon and William Hubbert had land there and in 1951 only Bartholomew Hubbert had land.  Bottom line...I think there were several Bartholomew Hubberts in a family and yours is one of them!  If I can figure out the connection I will let you know.
