How to set up Cavan Meet and Greet

I am having difficulty figuring out the Meet and Greet section.  I will be in Cavan area from Monday, 28 September through Wednesday, 30 Sept 2026.  I plan to visit the Virginia and Ballyjamesduff areas to roam the area where my mother was from.  Her maiden name was McMahon, with surnames on her grandmothers' lines being Duffy, Smith, Glennon and Tuite.  Please advise on how I might connect with  someone.  I have tried reaching out to the Irish Genealogy office in Cavan several times over the past two months and have yet to receive a reply.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thank you!
