How does your website or system works

I would like to find out how your system works.

Is it simply a matter of asking questions or entering known information?

I already have a lot of information, having been researching my family history for over 40 years, but there is always more to be found.

Most of my great-grand-parents came from Co Cork but one from Co Wicklow and one from Tipperary.

I'd appreciate some help in how to use Ireland Reaching Out.

Hi Judy!

The best suggestion is for you to tell us what you know about your great-grandparents (including names of their parents if known) and our volunteers will try to see if there is additional information available. It would be helpful if you wrote multiple messages since it appears you may have six or more great-grandparents who have Irish connections. We find that too many families listed in one message complicates the research and the replies. Thanks!
