I think their services can be better in some cases, but I'm still satisfied with them. At least, they deliver fast and without any serious problems. Other pizza delivery companies can be extremely rude to their customers. For example, I once ordered Hawaii Pizza and they made it without pineapples, and I'm serious. Had to argue with them a lot to receive my money back. But it's better with Basil as they also have the china post tracking system available. I have the possibility to see where my order exactly is now and how much should I wait for it. I think it's pretty comfy for any client.
