Geraghty

GalwayTuam (Galway)

Looking for any information on the Geraghty family. They live in Tuam the father is John Geraghty I don't know the mother's name. The children came to the United States in 1800 hundreds. The children are Mary Geraghty, Andrew J Geraghty, John P Geraghty, Michael J Geraghty and James T Geraghty,as far as I know they are the only children. They were Merchant Tailor and Saloonkeeper. As far as I know they all died in the United States possible in Baltimore, Maryland. I'm looking for help with birth dates and the mother's name. So I can start looking for them here in Maryland. Their is no one still alive in my family to give me answers. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

Any possibility that this is the civil birth record for Andrew from 1867 ? https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1867/03462/2271155.pdf See last record on the page.

This Andrew was the youngest and he had older siblings Mary 1852 (likely died young) Michael 1856 James 1858 John 1861 Mary 1864
