General Assistance

HappyNew year to all.

I am tracing the family of Archibald McDonald from Dublin. Archibald, a solicitor, was born to John and Ann McDonald around 1812 (to be confirmed). During my search on the message board I have come across fellow arms of the family doing a similar search. Not wanting to re invent the wheel.

Members of the message board have been helpful.

I have been in touch with the Cowan Family and they have forwarded me some details relating to my family.

My question is how can I get in contact with other members who have been doing similar searches?

At present all I have is , Kirsten and ozimob relating to John McDonald.

Hello I am helping my dad trace his family

my dad is John O’Brien

his dad is Patrick Joseph O’Brien, and siblings Dennis, Frank, Tom, and jane.

and Patrick’s parents was Mary O’Brien (Horgen)

And John O’Brien. We think they lived Williamstown. Could anyone help or advise us where to look. It would be greatly appreciated.

If this avenue fails is there another method of contacting them. I sent an email to ozimob a number of weeks ago and awaiting a reply.
