Garryroan House Fennell and Ahearn

I am interested in the history of Garryroan House in Tipperary, particularly the families who owned it. I understand that the house was first owned by the Fennell family and later passed to the Ahearn family in the mid-1920s. My main focus is on the family of James Ahearn, who owned or leased the property during that time. I have a family connection to this house and recently discovered this link. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or information regarding the family of James Ahearn. Many Thanks Dee
