I am after any info on William Gallagher who married Bridget Loughry in 1829 both from Donegal. Had a daughter named Ellen born 1833 in Armagh. The Gallagher family moved to Australia onboard the Adam Lodge ship to Australia in 1837.Willaim was born 1808 and Bridget was born 1804

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Co. Donegal is very difficult to research back to the 1800s. There are no RC church records for the 1804-1808 era. I looked for a baptismal record for Ellen on Roots Ireland in Co. Armagh and did not locate the record. Civil registration did not begin until 1864.
You may want to consider autosomal DNA testing. Possibly you may match someone who has a more detailed history on your Gallagher or Loughry families.
