Per RootsIreland (paid subscription) in addition to Francis (who we assume is their son), Francis F. and Mary B. had the following children- Ann 1834, Timothy 1850, and James 1852- all in Mallow.

A couple of links I found on the Hibernian Hotel
Hibernian Hotel (Mallow), Mallow Club, Mallow Commercial Club, 1895-1935 Francis was the proprietor of it in 1867, maybe earlier?
On a tree on Ancestry- Francis and Mary also had two daughters, Catherine 1835 and Mary 1843.
I found Francis Sr. will on Ancestry, Francis was executor. When Francis died in 1899, his estate went to Timothy Dilworth, medical doctor- 6,906 pounds.
Timothy his brother was a vintner/ publican. He died in 1915.
