Farrell Family Tree: Roots in Longford

My Farrell Family emigrated from Longford Ireland to the US. I am one of 22 Farrell first cousins most of whom reside in Albany, New York. I planned to attend the International Gathering of the Farrell Clan in Longford but my Mother was ill. She died  8 July 2018.  In my grief I reached out on Facebook and decided I was related to anyone with the last name Farrell. Sorry to confuse anyone about that. I appreciate all the kind words and good wishes from Farrells around the world.  I keep my Farrell family tree on FamilySearch.org.  I hope to connect with my relatives near and far.  Thank you!  You can email me: maurafarrellmiller@gmail.com One day I hope to visit Ireland after the Pandemic passes.

Maura:

Thank you for your message and we are very sorry to hear that you mother passed in 2018.

As you know Farrell is a very common surname in Co. Longford  Can we assist you in locating any records for your family? Hopefully, you will be able to visit Ireland in the next few years.

Dear Roger:  Thank you so much for your kind words and offer to search for ancestors.  My Cousin Liz is in Ireland attending the International Farrell Clan Gathering in Longford. Maybe you are attending that event? Thank you for being a volunteer. It means so much to help other people who are searching for their ancestors. Some day I hope to visit the lands of my ancestors.  "Go Raibh Maith Agat"  Maura
