Delap's of Knoc, Gorumna Island and surrounding areas

I have been doing research for my Grandmother that lost her Grandmother before she was even born:

Barbara Delap "Dunlap"

BIRTH17 NOV 1876Knock, Galway, Ireland

This came from 10 years of research basically because the name "Delap" was transcribed incorrectly on a ship record. After Barbara arrived in the United States, through her brother Peter, she is well documented.

For that past several months I have logged every Delap from Knock and surrounding areas. Still, I can not link Barbara's parents to anyone else.

Father: Patrick Delap

Mother: Barbara O'Donnell ? 2 July 1880

Patrick and Barbara had three sons that I can tell, and one other daughter.

John Dulap 26 May 1866 - ?

Peter Delap 18 June 1868 1868

Peter Delap "Dunlap" 1 May 1869 4 December 1946

Mary Dulap "Delap" 25 April 1871 ?

Not sure that anyone can help. Honestly just putting the information anywhere I can in hopes of finding someone else tracing the same line :)
