Connolly Sullivan Counties Kerry and Cork

Timothy Connolly is the son of Jeremiah Connolly and Julia Sullivan. His grandparents are (I think) Daniel Connelly and Catherine Monaghan. He was born in County Kerry, 1837 as per his death certificate. The 1891 Canada Census lists birthdate 1844 and the 1901 Canada Census lists it as 1848. I just want to be sure that his grandparents are Daniel Connelly and Catherine Monaghan. I need to know his exact place of birth. (County, parish, etc.) Did he have siblings? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
