Charles Orpen

I'm looking for some more information on Charles Orpen born between 1808 and 1815 in Stradbally, Kerry and died 1900 at Dungarvan, Kilkenny, there was a post here many years ago about Charles and his family maybe living at Lackendarra Lodge, near Waterford and I'm having some difficulties finding his parents. Another site said his father may have been Captain Henry Richard Orpen but I haven't been able to confirm this. 

Also the photo from the earlier post appears to just show just Charles but the description says that it should show his children as well, I was hoping someone may have the full image because it may show my gggrandfather William Orpen, who would have been Charles son. 

Any help or guidance would be very much appreciated.

Lackendarra Lodge is in Dungarvan, Waterford (several postings for the Lodge are on the internet). Charles probably died in Waterford in 1900. Record below found on Irishgenealogy.

Ancestry has 55 trees for this family. Some designate Henry as a Captain. I have found no military record to support nor have I found any records confirming Henry and Letitia are Charles parents.

I noticed the original message for Charles was posted by Chris (CEO). There is a private tree on Ancestry- chrisorpen. She includes Charles in her tree and shows there are photos attached (could be pictures or documents). If you belong to Ancestry you might try to contact Chris.
