Cemeteries

I was wondering if there is any way to find out where my ancestors are buried.  Is there a way to look it up so that I can visit the cemetery when I visit in the fall?

Thank you!

Not knowing who you are looking for or where findagravve or historicgrave website might be a start. If you search your family name on the internet you might discover,

If you could provide more info on your family- names, place, and dates maybe a volunteer can help.

Thanks for your help.  The 2 names I am interested in finding are Peter Shanahan, who died in 1902, and his wife Ellen Kane Shanahan.  In the 1901 census, Peter lived in "Passage East, Faithlegg, Waterford".

Peter and Ellen were married on May 4, 1861 in Trinity Without Parish.  They are my great-great-great grandparents.  They had a daughter, Katherine, born 10-24-69 and baptized 10-31-1969, in Waterford County Ireland.
