  • 16 Feb 1835, Newcastle & FourMileWater, County Tipperary, Ireland Marriage:
  • Maurice Corrigan & Maria Fitzpatrick. Witnesses: John Corrigan & Alice Hickey
  • A Maurice/Morris Carrigan & Mary Fitzpatrick first appear in Bloomington, McLean Co., Illinois records between 1853 & 1860. The following are believed to be their children.
  • In addition, there was John Francis Carrigan, b abt 1842, in Ireland. Baptismal record not yet found. (My late husband's line.)
  • 03 May 1838, Newcastle, County Waterford, Ireland Baptism:
  • Michael Carrigan
  • Father Maurice Carrigan. Mother Mary Fitzpatrick. Sponsors: John Ryan & Catherine Loughnan.
  • 27 Apr 1840, Newcastle, County Waterford, Ireland Baptism:
  • Edmund Carrigan
  • Father Maurice Carrigan. Mother Mary Fitzpatrick. Sponsors: Cornelius Longergan & Mary Tobin.
  • 04 July 1842, Newcastle, County Waterford, Ireland Baptism:
  • Maurice Carrigan

Hello Gay, not sure if you were  mailed but I am looking at old queries and you appear to have done very well and be looking for those of the same family, if you are still looking or something specific please repost but have you tried joining some of the private genealogy groups on Facebook covering Waterford to see if there is any connection.
