Burials

CorkCarrigaline (Cork)

I am wondering if the burials at Templebreedy graveyard (St. Matthew's Church-The Ruin on the Hill" contain some catholic burials. I know it is the ruins are of a Church of Ireland community, but it dates back from before the Church of Ireland. Would Roman Catholic families still use the grave yard in the 1800's

Than you Kieran for your reply. I found a grave on that website which could be my GGGG grandfather, but since St Matthews/Templebreedy was a church of Ireland house of worship, and James McNamara was Catholic I am having my doubts. I guess it is possible that he converted, but have not be able to find evidence for that on the websites that are available. I will contact the people involved with the website and see if anyone knows the answer to my question.
