Hi Maloney, I am looking at old queries and cannot turn up the marriage but see a marriage of a William Bryan and Margaret Phelan in Galmoy in 1866, civil records were in at this time (1864) and it should show up on this site under civil, https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ ;
Click on civil and search, you will be asked to sign in but it is free, it should also have any children and you should also see the death certificate entry on it.
Regards
Pat
