Bridget Masterson, Maria Masterson Farrelly connection?

I have been looking for information regarding my grandmother Bridget (Bridie) Masterson born March 1896. She was born in Arva, County Cavan to Luke Masterson and Maria Masterson (maiden name Masterson as well). Bridget came to America in 1916.  I believe she is listed as cousin to Mary Farrelly on the 1920 census.  Mary was 40 with two children. 

The confusion comes in because Maria Masterson was born in 1861 to Luke Masterson and Mary Donohoe in County Cavan. She married a Luke Masterson and she also is listed as having a son Luke Masterson on her death certificate. So many of the same name!  

Any help would be appreciated.

Luke Masterson and Maria Masterson married in 1884. Here is the link to the civil marriage record which shows the names of the fathers of the bride and groom https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1884/10892/5978693.pdf   The record is the fourth on the page and the copy is very faint.

Here is the 1901 census. The family was living in Castlepoles townland  http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Cavan/Arvagh/Castlepoles/1058705/

I looked for Bridget but did not have any success. You said she left in 1916. Do you know where she might have been in 1911?

Thanks so much for your help!  I believe my grandmother was sent away to live with relatives in Dublin.  I believe she worked in a bakery or shop of some kind.  She was a great baker and a great cook!
