Bree in New Ross, Wexland

While searching the Cogleys/Quiglys in Wexford, I came across a church marriage record on rootsireland dated february 11, 1793 which shows the groom's address as Bree, New Ross.....?

Was there actually a town/village/hamlet called Bree in New Ross at some point?  Does it still exist as I haven't found it on any map of New Ross.  Perhaps it got another name?

Thank you.  Jill

There are extensive results under the name Cogley on the free site Irishgenealogy.ie  also results for Quigly/Quigley, records from the 1860's.
