James Redmond married Margaret Brown abt 1856. They had four children Mary, Dora, Annie and Francis. They emigrated to New Zealand in 1875.
Any information about James or Margaret would be most helpful and very welcome as I have no further details about either of them.
Annie was born in Ballycanew in 1862 and Francis was born in Ballycanew in 1866. That is all I know about their Irish roots and I would love to know more.

Hello Anne, I am looking at old queries and while Roots Ireland does not have marriage records for that parish the new site here which you can only search by event, month and year and read has them, https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0574 ; The address on the baptisms is in the parish of Ballygarrett and townland Cookstown, Mary's (1858) mother is transcribed as Bryan but correct parish and husband, Francis 1866 is Colook so it appears they moved around within the parish. You can see civil areas here https://www.townlands.ie/wexford/ballygarrett/ This is on the baptisms but your place is also nearby and on the site close by,
From 1864 you can see civil registrations here https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ it is a free site but sign in, the church records are not there for Wexford.
I did not locate Dora.
