Are there still Cashmans in Hunting Hill?

Hello All,

I've traced an immigrant ancestor's nephew, Timothy Cashman, to Hunting Hill, Whitechurch, circa 1945. Dromboy South in Dunbulloge circa 1850. I am curious if any of his descendants might still live in or near the townland.

Does anyone have any tips on how to do reverse genealogy and find living descendants in this area of Co. Cork? I'm familiar with the tools available to do this in the US, but have no clue how to do the same thing in Ireland.

Is there a local Ireland XO volunteer that helps facilitate introductions?

Thank you for your time and attention,

Donna

Donna:

I don't believe we have a volunteer in the general area. Have you considered DNA testing? You may have matches who know of Cashman connections in your area of interest.

I'm deleting your other two messages since all messages end up on the main message board.
