Hi I am looking for the cemetery that my 2nd great grandparents were buried in.
My 2nd great grandfather Patt Martin died in Quansboro June 27, 1866 and his wife Catherine Woods Martin Dwane she died November 1, 1914 in Ardraigue , she had married 2nd Stephen Dwane who died Aug 19, 1924 in Ardraigue. I am trying to find what cemetery they are buried in . Thanks for any help,

Dear Kevin:
Thank you for your post to the Ireland Reaching Out message board. The area where the graveyard exists is in the parish of Fahy/Kilquane and very near Portumna. I am copying this post to several volunteers who may be able to assist with your research. That graveyard is not listed as having been recorded by the Galway County Council, however they have done a number of graveyards, and for your reference, the link to this site is below:

Also I am trying to find my 2nd great grandfather Patt Martin who died June 27, 1866 in Quansboro. He had a sister Margaret Martin. Thanks again for your help. Sorry no luck for Patt or Margaret. Could be in the same graveyard but not recorded or maybe unreadable.
