An American menu for celebrating St. Patrick's Day!

Although the Irish may not understand U.S. customs for St. Patrick's Day - in America a favorite dish is corned beef round or brisket served with potatoes, cabbage, onions, and carrots. Of course, Guinness must be on the menu!

Our family makes an awesome sauce to go with it that I'd thought I'd share! The Mustard Sauce recipe is attached to this post. Enjoy.

Your corned beef and mustard sauce sounds fantastic! I tried something similar recently and it turned out great. If you’re ever in Sydney, I had a great experience at Bacar, a Sydney Olympic Park restaurant. They had a delicious menu and a cozy vibe, making it a perfect spot for enjoying good food. While it wasn’t corned beef, their dishes were fantastic, and the whole experience reminded me of how special a good meal can be. Your mustard sauce would definitely be a hit there.
