I am looking for someone named Alice Donnahue from Ireland in the 1830s or 1840s. I suspect that she immigrated to Canada around this time with someone named John Burton and had at least one kid in Canada. The only child I know is Catherine Burton, my 3rd great-grandmother. Catherine was born in 1865 in Nova Scotia, Canada.

I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and did not locate a marriage record for Alice and John. I also looked for a possible baptismal record for a child of that marriage with no success.
There are Alice Donahue (and variant spellings) baptismal records in the 1830s but without parents names, we can't confirm any of these records. It is also possible that her baptismal record is not available.
