1880 civil not on irishgenealogy.ie

I have a civil birth for 1880 in Kerry from Ancestry but it is not found in the irishgenealogy.ie site. I'm sure there are reasons for missing records but it seems Kerry is pretty thorough on irishgenealogy.ie. Just wondering. Record attached. Thanks!
