William Markham was born in Cork about 1800 and lived til about 1874. He married Frances  (Fanny) Corcoran circa1805 -circa 1875. They married in Dublin in 1829 Would dearly love to trace William and Frances's history as I have no information at all. There have been some hints that William is descended from Bernard Markham of Fiddown, Kilkenny and Isognough Parish ,Tipperary

They had five children

William Acheson Markham 1831-1882. He became a seaman an finished up in Hawaii and lived in Honolulu all of his life. He married an Hawaiian lady

Catherine Frances Markham 1833  ?
