I am looking for information on a Thomas Broderick who married a Bridget Power . Both are listed as being from County Waterford in the marriage records of their daughter Mary Broderick.
Mary Broderick married James Maher (son of Mathew Maher and Jane Finch of Co Waterford) on 17 Nov 1844 at St John the Baptist Church in Lanark County, Ontario, Canada. Mathew is listed as "of the late" and so he may not have made it to Canada.
Co. Waterford, or Port Láirge in Irish, is located in the south-east region of Ireland. We are a coastal county with many beautiful beaches and home to world famous Waterford Crystal. Our county town is Waterford and we have a population of approximately 114,000. We look forward to helping you connect with your ancestors’ place of origin.
