Patrick Loughlin moved to East London England, he married Sarah Ellen Hall and is shown living with her and his brother Eugene Loughlin in 1901. The men worked at the caustic soda factory in the Docklands and Sarah was a Sugar girl at either the Tate or Lyle factory in Sugar town
