Convicted of Larceny and sent to Australia for 7 years on the vessell Earl St Vincent, arrived 1818. Free settler 1825. Married Johanna Wallace of Mallow, Co Cork. Twelve children. Michael is my 2x great grandfather. Edward Mahoney Ryan is my great grandfather, John Joseph Ryan is my grandfather, and Allan James Ryan is my father.
