Margaret was the daughter of James Ahern and Ellen Keeffe, who married on 1 Mar 1835 in Killeagh, County Cork. (Marriage record found at https://registers.nli.ie//registers/vtls000634263#page/21/mode/1up)
She married Andrew Keily on 17 Feb 1867 and they had 9 children: Johanna, Catherine, Callahan John, Andrew (my great-grandfather), Mary Ann, Jacob, Margaret, Julia and Agnes.
Margaret's death certificate states that she was a "shopkeepers wife", living in Mill St, Cappoquin and indicates that her husband, Andrew, was likely still living at the time of her death, but I have not been able to locate any death record for him.
