John Desmond born approx. 1835. Married in 1855 in Peoria, Illinois. I have DNA matches to Desmonds in Connecticut, Iowa & Illinois. I can find no other US records except his marriage. He died prior to 1885 based on his wife's widow status in the 1885 Nebraska census.
