He married Helena (Ellen) Carragher 01 Jan 1825 Cork & Ross RC Parish - Courcy's Country or Ballinspittal, Ireland Ringrone Catholic Parish, County Cork.. They had 1 child in Ireland prior to emigrating to Canada; Edward. They emigrated about 1829.
