Bridget was born around 1807 somewhere in County Tipperary. Her parents were James Fox and Mary Prendergrass. I do not have any town or parish location. It appears that she is the sister of Michael Fox and Mary Fox. Bridget was in the USA by 1834. Her husband was John King.
County Tipperary, or Tiobraid Árann in Irish, is part of the central plain of Ireland. We are a landlocked, rural county home to mountains, rivers and lakes. Our county town is Clonmel and we have a population of approximately 160,441. We look forward to helping you connect with your ancestors’ place of origin.
