Anna Dowand married Thomas Hanley (1813-1868) in the early 1840s. She had two sons with Thomas: Edward Hanley (1840-1862) and Thomas Hanley (1841-1911). She died about 1844. I assume they lived in County Roscommon.
County Roscommon, or Ros Comáin in Irish, is located in the western region of Ireland. We are home to the stunning Lough Key Forest Park and statistically, we are known to have the longest life expectancy of any county in Ireland! We look forward to helping you connect with your ancestors’ place of origin.
